Thanks for the comment Dan. I hope you like it. Also, I received the message below the other day and thought it might be helpful to others...

Message:
Hi Rod! I was wondering if you ever put a video head on your
Indisystems Mini Slider. I just acquired a used Bogen 3063 head and
want to install it on the slider but not sure they right way to
install it. Can you help? I removed the puck, puck holder and main
screw to expose the base plate. There doesn't look like much room to
install a head. Thanks, F.

Hi F.!
Thanks for the question. I have not put on a full blown fluid head onto the minislider, what works best for me is using a mini ball head like this one instead. It has a 3/8 screw in the bottom so in order to use the puck, I use one of these inexpensive little adapters. It works great and free's up my fluid head so I can leave it on the tripod.

I hope this helps!

Ohhh, its a quick-release?
I just got the indislider mini and I couldnt think of what that screw was for on the base. I knew the other screw was to lock the slider.

I agree on the wobble feel, but it does get the job done.

What kind of tripod head, if any, did you use for yours?
